ca555 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ca555 online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at ca555.app ("the Platform"). The Platform is operated by ca555 and is made available to eligible players in Bangladesh and other permitted jurisdictions.

3. Account Registration & Security

You may register one account per individual on the ca555 Platform. 3.1 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ca555 username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party and must not permit any other person to access your account. ca555 will treat any access made using your credentials as actions performed by you and accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to protect your credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ca555 support immediately. ca555 may temporarily freeze your account pending investigation in such circumstances.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

ca555 is committed to operating a safe and transparent platform. As part of this commitment, ca555 may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or unlocking certain account features. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit funds (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name)

ca555 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified. Accounts where identity cannot be verified will be subject to closure and any balances may be held pending investigation.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ca555 account at any time by contacting support. Before closing your account, any outstanding balance in the account wallet must be withdrawn. ca555 reserves the right to close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, subject to applicable notice provisions.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All transactions on the ca555 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Dutch-Bangla Bank Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfers via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically credited to your ca555 wallet instantly or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to credit depending on the sending institution. ca555 does not charge a platform fee on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All funds deposited into your ca555 wallet must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including family members — are not permitted and will be reversed on identification.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests submitted before 18:00 BST (UTC+6) on business days are typically processed within 2–6 hours. Requests submitted after this time or on public holidays in Bangladesh will be processed on the next available business day.

ca555 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount. Withdrawal funds are returned exclusively to the payment method used to make the corresponding deposit. Where the original payment method is no longer available, you must contact support to initiate an alternative withdrawal arrangement.

4.3 Currency & Exchange

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction histories are displayed and processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ca555 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. No currency conversion is applied within the Platform.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

ca555 offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. The following general provisions apply to all ca555 bonuses and promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your ca555 account are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that you must place bets equal to a specified multiple of the bonus amount before the bonus balance (and any winnings derived from it) becomes eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated clearly in the promotion terms. ca555 does not hide wagering requirements — they are stated plainly before any bonus is claimed.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

5.3 Abuse of Promotions

ca555 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is reasonable evidence that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, through the use of multiple accounts, through the exploitation of technical errors, or through any other form of abuse. Where ca555 determines that a player has systematically abused promotional offers, ca555 may close the player's account and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

5.4 Changes to Promotions

ca555 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts prior to the effective date of the change.

6. Prohibited Conduct & Fair Use

By using the ca555 Platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities. Violation of any prohibition in this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting of conduct to relevant authorities.

1. Registering more than one account on the Platform, whether under your own identity or under any assumed or fictitious identity.
2. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanism to place bets, complete promotions, or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
3. Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of gaining an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or betting market.
4. Attempting to exploit software errors, technical glitches, or miscalculated odds to gain financial advantage. Any winnings generated through the exploitation of known or unknown technical errors are void and will be reclaimed.
5. Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the Platform. ca555 cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial intelligence authorities in Bangladesh and internationally.
6. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law, where ca555 does not hold any required operating permission.
7. Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software component of the ca555 Platform.
8. Publishing, distributing, or transmitting any content through the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, or otherwise unlawful.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and other materials forming part of the ca555 Platform are the intellectual property of ca555 or its licensed content providers, including game studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. ca555 does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or delays. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond ca555's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. ca555 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of such unavailability.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ca555 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content published on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
